Vault View

The vault view (the lower pane on the Task Pane File Explorer tab) displays the projects and documents in the vault. Icons display information about the projects and documents.

Projects are sorted alphabetically by the actual Project name, not by Description.

In the vault view, you can:

• Select display labels (Document Name, Revision, Descriptive name or Actual name, etc.)

• Refresh the view

• Search for documents (by Document Name, custom properties, etc.)

• Create Subprojects

• Hide Projects

• Generate Reports

• Access Options

• Open a Preview Window

• Logout / Login

For documents in the vault view, you can:

• Open / Check Out / Check In documents

• Change Document Projects

• View Document Information

• Change Ownership

• Rename Documents

• Delete Documents

• Add a Note to a document
