Compare Documents
You can compare documents in the SolidWorks Workgroup PDM vault.
Windows 7 and Windows Vista users cannot use the SolidWorks Utilities Compare feature to compare documents in a Workgroup PDM vault.
To compare documents in the vault:

Do one of the following:

DrawCompare. In SolidWorks, click Tools, Compare, DrawCompare.

SolidWorks Utilities. SolidWorks Utilities must be added in to SolidWorks. Click Compare Documents, Compare Features, or Compare Geometry on the Utilities toolbar.

Click Browse to locate the first document.

In the dialog box, click Workgroup PDM Vault
, select a file, then click Open.

Repeat steps 2 and 3 for the second document.

Continue with the comparison as usual.
